Credit Processing Analyst

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's credit operations. Your primary responsibility will be to review and analyze credit applications, ensuring compliance with our credit policies and procedures. You will work closely with our customers, providing them with accurate and timely updates on their applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with our credit team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth and efficient credit processing experience.
  • Review and analyze credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments, evaluating the financial health and creditworthiness of applicants.
  • Process credit applications in a timely manner, meeting defined service level agreements.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the credit team to identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of credit processing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to the credit team in resolving complex credit-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credit processing best practices and process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis or credit processing.
  • Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
