Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This role is responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. As a key member of the team, the analyst will contribute to the overall success and growth of Digitide Solutions Limited.
  • Process credit applications and ensure timely and accurate approval or rejection.
  • Review and analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
  • Calculate and assess credit risks, and make informed decisions on credit limits and terms.
  • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor and manage credit accounts, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures.
  • Prepare and present credit-related reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
  • Provide training and support to junior analysts on credit processing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
