Credit Processing Analyst

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary responsibility will be to process and manage credit applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will be the key point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout the credit process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, implementing strategies to minimize losses.
  • Generate and analyze credit reports, providing insights for business decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
  • Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and credit processing software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of credit regulations and compliance standards.
