Credit Processing Analyst
As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary responsibility will be to process credit applications and ensure smooth operations. You will be the bridge between our customers and the credit processing team, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. - Process credit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely approvals or rejections.
- Review and analyze customer credit profiles, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit processing.
- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, implementing strategies to minimize defaults.
- Monitor and analyze credit trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit processing.
- Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software, such as credit scoring models.
