Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. They will be responsible for managing and processing credit applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Review and analyze credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Process credit applications promptly, adhering to strict timelines and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments, evaluating the financial health and creditworthiness of applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit processing activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure a seamless credit processing experience.
  • Identify and address any potential risks or issues related to credit applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit processing to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance the overall credit processing workflow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
