As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle credit-related inquiries and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. You will be the bridge between our financial services and our valued clients, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer concerns and provide excellent service.
  • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in credit processing procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile credit transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office suite.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
