Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. They will be responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing exceptional support to our customers. This role is an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall success and growth of Digitide Solutions Limited.
  • Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement efficient credit processing workflows and optimize existing processes.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality for all credit-related information.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on credit processing activities to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members on credit processing procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using credit processing software and tools.
