Credit Processing Analyst
As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary responsibility will be to process credit applications and ensure smooth operations. You will be the bridge between our financial services and our valued customers, providing accurate and timely support.
- Process credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Review and analyze credit reports and financial documents.
- Calculate and assess credit risks, making informed decisions.
- Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications and provide updates.
- Maintain and update customer records and credit histories.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve customer inquiries related to credit.
- Generate and interpret credit-related reports for management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality during credit processing.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and credit processing software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
