Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. They will be responsible for handling credit-related inquiries, processing applications, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of credit processes and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process credit applications and ensure timely and accurate reviews.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to credit, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for credit processing.
  • Monitor and analyze credit trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement efficient credit processing procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Train and support new team members on credit processing best practices.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage credit limits and ensure financial stability.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit processing activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
