As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a key contributor to our team's success, working closely with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Process and analyze credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Review and verify customer information, documents, and financial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct credit risk assessments and make informed decisions on credit approvals or rejections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit processing.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders regarding credit-related matters.
  • Identify and escalate potential credit risks or fraud indicators, working closely with the risk management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit processing and customer care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing, customer care, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with credit processing software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards related to credit processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to work.
