Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. They will be responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing excellent support to our customers. This role is an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall success and growth of Digitide Solutions Limited.
  • Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, analyzing financial data and credit histories.
  • Approve or decline credit applications based on established criteria, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit processing.
  • Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring they are within acceptable ranges and making adjustments as needed.
  • Implement and maintain effective credit control measures to minimize the risk of bad debts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing, suggesting improvements to processes.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics on credit processing activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling customer credit information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
  • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office applications.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to credit-related challenges.
