Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. They will be responsible for handling credit applications, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a keen eye for detail, as the analyst will be working with sensitive financial data and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Review and analyze credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Process credit transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the credit process.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit processing, implementing necessary controls.
  • Generate and analyze credit reports, providing insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing to enhance our services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of credit risk management and mitigation strategies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulations, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
