Credit Processing Analyst

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, while also providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.
  • Process and analyze credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Review and assess customer creditworthiness, making informed decisions on credit limits and terms.
  • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, offering solutions and guidance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless credit processing and customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing and customer care.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and credit processing software.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
