Credit Representative
**Candidates who reside outside commuting distance of our Huntington Beach office may be eligible for remote work. Candidates who reside within commuting distance are expected to work onsite.**
Summary: The Credit Representative is responsible for collecting accounts receivable through collection calls and correspondence in an automated environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Problem solves and negotiates payment plans.
- Reviews, analyzes, and assists with the approval of customer credit.
- Review credit hold orders and determine appropriate action within standard credit department procedures.
- Research and document problems and solutions.
- Regularly evaluate customer financial data and payment history to evaluate credit exposure.
- Resolves grievances between Sales Representatives and customers.
