The Role
The Data & Analytics team is growing, and we’re looking for a Credit Research Data Analyst to transform raw financial data into structured, actionable insights that drive our platform and client solutions. You’ll work with complex datasets like financial statements, disclosure tables, and semi-structured deal documents, turning them into reliable, high-quality data that powers dashboards, reporting, and decision-making.
What You Will Do
Collect, validate, and structure data from public filings, company reports, internal sources, and third-party providers
Prepare datasets for analytics, reporting, dashboards, indices, and other business applications
Investigate inconsistencies, document assumptions, and maintain audit-ready datasets
Build dashboards and visualizations tailored to different internal and external users
Generate fit-for-purpose data tables for modeling, market benchmarks, research reports, and ad hoc analysis
Track historical data and maintain reliable structures for recurring monitoring and analytical work
Collaborate with research, product, data, and business teams to turn raw information into actionable insights
Improve workflows through standardization, templates, documentation, and partial automation
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in analytics, financial services, research support, or data operations
Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements, investment reports, disclosure tables, and semi-structured documents
Proficiency in Excel, with working familiarity in Python and SQL
Ability to prepare structured datasets for different business needs, including modeling, benchmarks, and reporting
Experience building dashboards and communicating insights through clear visualizations
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality datasets
Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
