Credit Risk Business Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Investigate CCR data quality issues for the Client and Markets organization and identify root causes.
• Define remediation solutions with Technology, Business and Modelling teams.
• Remediate issues affecting PSE, NSE, RWA, stress losses, VaR, liquidity and capital calculations.
• Develop plans for consistent data usage across risk calculations and document, monitor and prioritize Risk initiatives.
• Lead enterprise initiatives, communicate strategic insights and partner with Risk and Technology stakeholders.
• Assess risk in business decisions, follow applicable laws, regulations and policies, and transparently escalate control issues.

• Hybrid work model with up to two home-working days per week.

• Experience with financial markets and credit risk, especially derivatives and securities financing transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau or MS Power BI, and data analytics.
• Experience with data management, process mapping, data lineage tools, SQL or SAS.
• Detail orientation, urgency, self-starting attitude, prioritization and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to explain complex data governance, policy and regulatory issues clearly and document them accurately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• Previous banking or financial services experience.
