Job Title: Product Manager – Fintech (Lending ,Insurance and Mutual Fund )
Location - Hyderabad
Experience - 3-7 Years
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for lending ,insurance products and Mutual fund Products .
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Gather requirements from Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal & Compliance.
- Create PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and product flows.
- Coordinate with the tech team for development and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end consumer journey for loans ,Insurance and Mutual Fund .
- Ensure compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines ,IRDAI and SEBi norms.
- Handle integrations with lenders, insurers, credit bureaus, PGs, CKYC, e-sign, e-mandate, etc.
- Conduct UAT and ensure smooth releases.
- Monitor product performance metrics and optimize funnels.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, collections, and support teams.
- Drive continuous improvements, A/B tests, and feature enhancements.
- Train internal teams on new product features.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of fintech product management experience.
- Strong knowledge of lending lifecycle and insurance processes.
- Experience working with engineering teams and API-based products.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience with LOS/LMS systems.
- Experience with insurance aggregator platforms.
- Exposure to digital lending or consumer fintech.
