Job Responsibilities:

• Daily operation of the process and documentation
• Coordinate and delegate the duties and responsibilities of each of the crew members
• Possess an understanding of all the process equipment under your direction
• Can make quick decisions to resolve issues and take immediate action
• Accurately and promptly complete all logbooks, transfer sheets, inventory sheets, and other daily record keeping tasks
• Observe and direct crew members to be sure that all policies and procedures are followed
• Understand the process and mechanical issues and log all observations on the maintenance request sheet
• Understand the cause and effect of all operating changes make by you or your crew

Working Hours:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of grain handling systems is preferred
• Knowledge of railcars or locomotive is beneficial
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team
• Basic computer experience
