Job Title: Crew Driver - Landscaping
Location: Charlotte, NC
What You Will Do:
- Prepare trucks for the day by loading mowers and other equipment onto trucks/trailers, ensuring all equipment is secured.
- Drive crew members to the work site.
- Complete landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, trimming, pruning, and leaf removal.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the work site and equipment.
- Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Crew transportation experience in a landscaping business preferred.
- A minimum of two years of current landscaping experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, crouch, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends and during inclement weather.
