As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a satisfied appetite.
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests
- Take accurate orders and process transactions with attention to detail
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including work areas and dining spaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, following all safety and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a can-do attitude
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in various roles within the restaurant
- Participate in team-building activities to enhance the workplace experience
- Strive for continuous improvement by actively seeking and applying feedback from supervisors and guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Willingness to learn and master multiple roles within the restaurant
- Passion for food and interest in our cuisine is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
