Crew Manager

（1）Job Responsibilities (8 items)

1. Take full charge of full-lifecycle crewadministration for chemical, LPG and product tanker fleets. Build stable crewtalent pool and manage end-to-end crewing work including recruitment, interview& qualification verification, vessel assignment, voyage rotation and leavearrangement.

2. Centralize document filing for allseafarers such as seaman’s book, COCs, safety training certificates, medical records and employmentcontracts. Track certificate expiry, arrange renewal and mandatory training inadvance to fully comply with Flag State, Port State and MLC labourrequirements.

3. Maintain cooperative partnerships withdomestic & overseas crewing agencies and maritime training institutes,conduct regular supplier evaluation to optimize recruitment cost andembarkation efficiency.

4. Collect onboard feedback from Masters,Marine & Technical Superintendents; resolve all crew welfare and labourissues covering salary payment, reimbursement, PPE, leave requests, familysupport and labour disputes.

5. Cooperate with Marine, Technical and DPAteams to organize pre-embarkation training, ISM/ISPS/MLC system training andchemical tanker special operation training to improve seafarers’ operationaland compliance awareness.

6. Draft annual crew manpower budget,control labour expenditure including wages, travel, certification renewal,training and medical fees; submit regular manpower statistical reports formanagement decision-making.

7. Follow up crew performance appraisal,complete annual evaluation together with senior ship officers, establish crewpromotion grading system to retain core experienced seafarers.

8. Accept regular international businesstrips worldwide to conduct crew interviews, onboard welfare visits, supplieraudits and port inspection coordination across Southeast Asia, Middle East andChina.

（2）Job Requirements (5 items)

1. Diploma or above in Nautical / MarineEngineering disciplines; holders of Chief Officer / Chief Engineer COC arepreferred. Minimum 5 years comprehensive crewing management experience in shipmanagement companies, candidates with chemical tanker fleet background arehighly prioritized.

2. In-depth knowledge of STCW, MLC MaritimeLabour Convention, ISM & ISPS Codes; familiar with Flag State crewingpolicies and full set of seafarer certification application & renewalprocedures.

3. Fluent written and spoken English;strong capabilities in cross-cultural communication, labour dispute mediation,emergency handling and cost control for communication with multi-nationalseafarers and overseas vendors.

4. Proficient in crewing managementsoftware and MS Office; familiar with Singapore and Southeast Asian maritimelabour market, prior experience in Singapore ship management firms is anadvantage.

5. High resilience under work pressure;able to take frequent short-term international business trips and vessel visitsacross multiple regions.
