About the role

We are looking for you for the upcoming opening of our McDonald's in Alcudia!

Tasks

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
• Prepare and cook menu items following the company's quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, including the kitchen, dining room, and common areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth flow of operations during peak periods.
• Handle the cash register, process payments, and carry out transactions accurately and quickly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by working with the entire restaurant team, both in delivering fast, reliable, and friendly service and in upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Make sure all operational procedures are correct regarding food preparation and handling.
• Show interest in learning all areas of the restaurant and offer solutions to problems.
• Attend to customer needs (verify orders, make eye contact with customers, be friendly, etc.)

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and hospitality is valued.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and nights), including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
