As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks within the restaurant.

Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks within the restaurant. Serving as the first and sometimes last point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering the fast, friendly, and fun Slutty Vegan experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, and restrooms.

· Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.

· Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

· Unpack and stock inventory items as needed.

· Be willing to learn and work multiple stations within the restaurant.

· Control and utilize equipment and machines safely and correctly.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

· Basic math skills and the ability to operate POS systems.

· ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.
