Crew Superintendent
Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily jobsite operations for seed and grain industry projects across the US.
Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident culture.
Maintain quality standards, project schedules, and labor budgets.
Plan construction activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.
Supervise crews and subcontractors.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and customers.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage project closeout.
Requirements
5+ years of agricultural construction experience.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
Experience in crew management, project planning, and jobsite execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Advanced safety and construction training preferred.
