Position Summary:
The Crew Supervisor oversees the work training of program participants who are
Behavioral Health clients and may be entering the workplace for the first time or returning to work.
Training includes appropriate workplace language, behavior, and socialization as well as vocational skills in janitorial and lawn services. The Crew Supervisor will pick up the crew each morning and drive them to each customer work site, supervise and socialize with the crew until the job has been satisfactorily completed before driving crew back to meeting site. Once the crew has clocked out Crew Supervisor will manage all Pro-Touch work supplies and then assist the Avenida Apartments Resident Manager as needed. Other job duties are described below.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct reports include approximately 12 supported employees, comprised of temporary/part-time work crews.
