Crewing Executives
Summary
Coordinates hiring and onboarding for seafarers on bulk carrier vessels, handling interviews, documentation, and compliance with maritime regulations.
Job Description:
• Report to Crewing Manager and support crewing department with fleet of vessels, especially in Bulk Carriers.
• Arrange for interviews, medical check-ups, travel, lodging, etc. for seafarers apply COE from MPA and other flag requirements.
• Arrange for and verify seafarers’ licences, permits, certificates, and documentation into the system.
• Prepare and brief seafarers on their employment contracts, company policies, and procedures.
• Ensure and maintain confidentiality.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Maritime studies or related fields （Human Resource Management）.
• At least 2 years of crew management.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team.
