Job Title: UGC Program Manager

Contractor Fee: $2,700 - $3,000/month (USD)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

Company Overview:

Tidal is a Direct Placement Agency that helps job seekers find job opportunities for real growth. We work with stable, responsible businesses that are experienced in remote hiring and are excited to welcome international team members. Tidal is owned and operated by consumer brand owners and operators. We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.

About This Role:
We are hiring a UGC Program Manager to manage creator seeding and UGC programs across a small portfolio of consumer brands. You will own the program end-to-end—from creator sourcing and outreach through product seeding, deliverables, asset organization, client communication, and reporting. You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously while working closely with video editors to maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality, publishable creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own creator seeding and UGC programs end-to-end, including creator sourcing, evaluation, outreach, product seeding, briefs, timelines, usage rights, follow-ups, and final content delivery.

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and micro-creators aligned with each brand’s audience, creative needs, and campaign priorities.

  • Manage creator relationships and maintain organized tracking of outreach, shipments, deliverables, content status, and opportunities for repeat collaboration.

  • Review incoming creator content for quality, completeness, and brand alignment, then coordinate with video editors to turn raw content into organized, publishable creative assets.

  • Serve as the day-to-day client-facing program owner for approximately 2–3 brands, providing clear updates on progress, deliverables, blockers, reporting, and next steps.

  • Work with internal creative and marketing teams to understand content needs, launches, and campaign priorities and translate them into actionable creator briefs and sourcing plans.

  • Track creator activity, response rates, content delivery, asset volume, and relevant program metrics while identifying gaps and proactively keeping the creative pipeline full.

  • Build scalable workflows, trackers, templates, reporting, and documentation that allow multiple creator programs to run efficiently with minimal oversight.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Creator and influencer management platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, Modash, CreatorIQ, or similar

  • Shopify

  • Meta Ads Library and social media platforms

  • Affiliate platforms such as Trybe, Superfiliate, Impact, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar

  • Google Sheets and Google Docs

  • Slack, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar project management tools

  • Canva or Figma

  • Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, product seeding, or a similar role, preferably within eCommerce, DTC, consumer, beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG brands.

  • Proven experience managing creator programs from sourcing and outreach through seeding, content delivery, reporting, and ongoing relationship management.

  • Strong understanding of product gifting, creator briefs, deliverables, usage rights, paid collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and creator program workflows.

  • Experience managing multiple brands, client accounts, or creator programs simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

  • Strong judgment in identifying creators who fit a brand’s audience, creative direction, content needs, and commercial objectives.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the confidence to communicate directly with clients, creators, and external partners.

  • Comfortable coordinating with creative teams or video editors and understanding what makes UGC usable across paid ads, organic social, landing pages, email, and other marketing channels.

  • Highly organized, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable independently owning programs in a lean remote environment.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US business hours to support client meetings, creator communication, internal coordination, and program execution. The remaining working hours may be completed asynchronously. Exact working hours will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and Tidal.

Additional Requirement:

  • This is an exclusive full-time contractor role. The selected contractor must not maintain concurrent full-time client engagements during the contract and should be comfortable managing approximately 2–3 brands at a time as the program grows.
