# Virtual Criminal Paralegal

### About the Position
CIEMCORE is seeking an experienced Virtual Criminal Paralegal to provide legal support to a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in criminal law and is comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

### Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with criminal law cases and legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal filings.
- Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation.
- Assist with discovery, evidence management, and case preparation.
- Monitor court deadlines, hearings, and filing schedules.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals as needed.
- Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys.

### Qualifications
- At least **3 years of hands-on experience as a Criminal Paralegal**.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based criminal law attorneys or law firms is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of criminal law procedures and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
