Key responsibilities
- Provide expert management and care for critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Lead initiatives to improve ICU protocols and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients' families about conditions, treatments, and prognoses.

Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in critical care medicine.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in critical care medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or UAE.
- Proven experience as an intensive care consultant or in a similar critical care role.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
