Critical Manufacturing MES Developer

Nasugroup is hiring on behalf of a client a Critical Manufacturing MES Developer to build, customize, and support MES solutions for semiconductor fab and back-end operations — writing flows and hold/rework logic, configuring lot/recipe data models, and building ERP/equipment integrations using C#/.NET or Angular/TypeScript and SQL Server.
About the Role:
Nasugroup is hiring a Critical Manufacturing MES Developer on behalf of a client to build, customize, and support MES solutions for semiconductor fab and back-end operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Critical Manufacturing MES and semiconductor domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize CM MES solutions (back end in C#/.NET and/or front end in Angular/TypeScript)
- Write and maintain flows, flow paths, steps, and rework/hold logic based on process-engineering routes
- Configure semiconductor data models: products, lots/wafers, recipes, resources, specifications, Smart Tables
- Implement lot split/merge, genealogy, hold/release, rework, and dispatching logic
- Build integrations with ERP, SPC, YMS, and equipment via CM Connect IoT, SECS/GEM, and APIs
- Support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and provide L2/L3 production support
- Follow CM best practices for code quality, version control, and releases
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on CM MES development experience
- CM Back-End or Front-End Developer certification (mandatory)
- Semiconductor domain experience (wafer fab, assembly/test, or OSAT)
- Strong understanding of flow writing in CM
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and/or Angular/TypeScript
- SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, tuning)
- Knowledge of lot/wafer tracking, track-in/track-out, traceability, and recipe management
- Experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, Git, and Agile
Preferred:
- Both Back-End and Front-End CM certifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
