CRM and Sales Coordinator
CRM Sales Coordinator — Independent Contractor
The CRM Sales Coordinator is a hands-on sales support role responsible for improving lead conversion, maintaining CRM accuracy and preventing opportunities from being lost because of incomplete follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Spend approximately 50% of working time making outbound sales calls, including re-engaging old leads, following up with interested customers and scheduling appointments.
Personally step into the sales process when needed, rather than only advising sales representatives.
Review new and active leads in DealerCenter throughout the day.
Check response times, customer communication, lead status, ownership, notes and scheduled follow-ups.
Identify untouched, stalled, incorrectly classified or inadequately followed-up leads.
Correct CRM issues directly or follow up with the responsible sales representative until the required action is completed.
Reassign or escalate leads when they are not being handled properly.
Return qualified and recoverable opportunities to the active sales pipeline.
Ensure every active lead has an owner, complete notes and a dated next action.
Monitor whether sales representatives are following the dealership’s communication and follow-up standards.
Provide clear and practical feedback to sales representatives based on actual CRM activity.
Prepare daily reports covering lead activity, outbound calls, customer outcomes, appointments, CRM issues and corrective actions.
Identify repeated process problems, common lead-loss reasons and opportunities requiring management or finance involvement.
Learn and apply the dealership’s sales process, customer communication standards and financing workflow.
Be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking directly with customers and actively helping move opportunities toward a sale.
