CRM Business Analyst

Description:

• Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree is a plus
• At least 3-5 years of working in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or similar experience (GxP regulations understood)
• 3-5 years experience with Veeva CRM and/or any other CRM administration or relevant similar knowledge
• Strong Experience with CRM applications (Veeva CRM experience desired)
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack (a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and detail oriented
• Project management skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and wear multiple hats
• Ability to multitask in an ever changing fast paced environment
