CRM & Digital Marketing Intern
You'll be working on problems that actually ship.
- KFC Singapore runs one of the most active QSR apps in the market. The Digital & Marketing team owns everything that touches the customer digitally — the app experience, paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok, CRM campaigns, and the data infrastructure behind all of it.
- You'll be embedded in that team. Not shadowing. Contributing.
- The work spans three areas depending on where you add the most value:
- Data & analysis — querying real transaction data, building dashboards, figuring out why a cohort behaved a certain way and what to do about it
- Campaign & growth — designing the logic behind who gets what message and when; thinking through audience conditions, offer mechanics, and the behavioural nudge that drives the action
- Performance marketing — supporting paid media execution across search and social; understanding how attribution works and why platform numbers often lie

- Think in logic and systems — conditions, rules, cause and effect
- Are comfortable with data and willing to form a point of view from it
- Can move between analytical and creative thinking — the best campaign is both correctly targeted and well-crafted
- Are studying Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or anything that's trained you to think rigorously
Job Requirements
• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Detail-oriented — you catch errors before they go live, not after
• Comfortable with data and logic — can work with a performance dataset, draw basic conclusions, and understand why a segment condition produces the audience it does
• Organised enough to manage multiple campaigns with different timelines simultaneously
• Can write clearly and concisely — good enough to draft push notification copy or a short email without it needing a full rewrite
