We are hiring a CRM & Digital Marketing Intern to support end-to-end consumer engagement and digital marketing initiatives for our Mom & Baby Nutrition business in Taiwan. This role provides hands-on experience in CRM analytics, owned media management, digital communication, content execution, and campaign performance analysis within a leading multinational FMCG environment.

Internship Details

• Work Location: Nestlé Taiwan office, Taipei
• Contract Period: until June 30, 2027
• Working Days: 3-5 days per week (24-40 hours)
• Office Hours: 09:00–18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CRM and consumer engagement initiatives to drive recruitment, conversion, retention, and monetization across the Mom & Baby ecosystem, including:
• Member Analytics: monitor membership coverage, funnel conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Consumer Journey Management: develop, schedule, and deploy personalized owned-channel communications across different lifecycle stages
• Digital Performance Analysis: track advertising performance and generate insights to optimize engagement and conversion
• Assist in campaign execution, including KOL partnerships, digital asset development, brand banner management, and marketing content deployment
