CRM Functional Tester - Manual Testing

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing in Dynamics 365 CRM

- Strong understanding of application requirements and functional specifications

- Experience in software testing for Web and Mobile applications

- Strong knowledge of all phases of STLC and Software Testing methodologies

- Experience in designing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrix

- Hands-on experience in Defect Management and Bug Reporting using Azure DevOps/Jira

- Experience in Bug Tracking, bug management meetings, and coordination with development teams for issue clarification and resolution

- Experience in preparing Defect Leakage, Defect Validation, Defect Removal Efficiency, Test Status Metrics, and Defect Age Analysis reports

- Experience in Functional, Non-Functional, Retesting, Regression, and System Testing

- Daily interaction with clients and status reporting during client calls

- Experience working on Dynamics 365 CRM Marketing, Sales, Service Modules, and D365 Portal

- Experience in API Validation using Postman

- Experience working in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Story Point Estimation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong stakeholder/client management skills

Good to Have :

- Automation Testing experience with a minimum of 2 years
