About the Position

The CRM, Loyalty & Data Analytics Manager will lead the flawless execution of the CRM channel, loyalty program strategy, and marketing data analytics. We are looking for a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Your data analysis expertise will allow the Marketing team to understand the business impact and cost-effectiveness of paid and organic marketing campaigns, limited-time promotions, loyalty programs, CRM messaging, and more. Your CRM and loyalty expertise will enhance our ability to understand and effectively communicate with customers.

What You'll Do

CRM

  • Contribute to planning and execution of the CRM channel - including lifecycle email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Content team to ensure synchronization with CRM channels and other marketing campaigns, along with one-off marketing emails
  • Drive marketing automation, from audience creation to content development to the reporting/optimization process
  • Design rigorous marketing experiments and analyze test results
  • Determine best practices for maintaining a healthy and engaged subscriber list across channels, with the knowledge of privacy regulations that impact them (GDPR, MPP, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Tech & Marketing teams to continuously evolve and improve our CRM platform and available data
  • Help translate data-driven insights into more effective marketing practices

LOYALTY

  • Manage loyalty campaigns and 3P relationships with loyalty vendors
  • Define growth (new customer acquisition), customer LTV, and customer retention goals and collaborate with Marketing Team to make them achievable
  • Build data-driven offers, campaigns, and messaging to target KPIs and drive ROIs
  • Lead analytics-driven approach to growing loyalty and personalization programs across all brands.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of external competitor activity and loyalty market trends. Use this knowledge to inform strategy recommendations, drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and ultimately grow the programs

DATA ANALYTICS

  • Uncover customer behaviors, patterns, and long-term trends within data and work cross-functionally to determine next steps
  • Create proactive weekly and monthly reports on important Marketing priorities, and make recommendations to increase engagement and performance
  • Understand Marketing Campaigns priorities - i.e. paid search strategy, billboard strategy, PR strategy, etc.
  • Synthesize research findings into insightful observations with clear, actionable business implications and strategic recommendations. Present and communicate results and recommendations to cross-departmental and leadership teams
  • Write and review discussion guides for focus groups and surveys to be sent to customers
  • Proactively analyze performance to goals and develop reporting with a strong ability to influence decision making

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a CRM-focused marketing and analytical role
  • Experience with Braze required
  • Minimum BS degree in related field or comparable experience in a relevant field
  • Excellence in quantitative and qualitative data and problem-solving skills to pull, build, analyze, and present data
  • Proven track record of driving impactful insights in offer strategies, loyalty strategy, and segmentation. Be prepared to share case studies.
  • Passion for advocating for the customer and understanding what motivates their behavior
  • Deep understanding of various CRM platforms and CRM / industry best practices
  • Deep understanding and experience in analyzing multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in Excel, Google Data Studio, and presenting data and recommendations
  • Advanced SQL knowledge is a strong plus
  • A mastery of web and app technology: cookies, SDKs, pixels, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics is a strong plus
  • Knowledge about the fast-casual restaurant landscape is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail- and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined practices and the ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Easily adapts to the ever-changing digital landscape to implement new processes and execute new projects
