CRM Manager (iGaming)
We are looking for detail-oriented CRM Manager who is eager to develop in CRM marketing, customer communications, and analytics.
This role is a great fit for specialists with initial iGaming experience as well as those who already have a basic understanding of CRM and want to deepen their expertise by working on real campaigns, large-scale projects, and modern CRM infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Develop, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email and SMS channels.
Monitor and improve communication deliverability to maximize campaign performance.
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, content, and customer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and key CRM metrics.
Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer retention, and other KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Participate in sprint planning and day-to-day CRM team activities.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver consistent customer communications.
What we're looking for:
A strong desire to build a career in CRM, retention marketing, and customer communications.
1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and suggest improvements.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Basic English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
