CRM Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention Manager to join an international online iGaming product focused on the US market.
We need a specialist who can independently manage the full CRM cycle: segmentation → offer → copy → flow → launch → analytics → optimization.

This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong Email & SMS copywriting skills with customer lifecycle management, automation, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities
Independently create and launch Email & SMS campaigns
Build Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back, and VIP flows
Segment users based on behavior and lifecycle stage
Work with both existing and cold / external audiences
Develop promotional offers and engagement mechanics
Build and optimize automated customer journeys
Run A/B tests on copy, offers, CTAs, timing, and sequences
Analyze Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, Revenue, and other CRM metrics
Monitor competitors and identify new CRM opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Product teams

Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email & SMS Marketing
Experience working with existing and cold audiences
Practical experience building automated flows and customer journeys
Ability to independently write effective Email & SMS copy
Strong written English (B2+)
Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics
Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar platforms
High level of ownership, independence, and initiative
