WORQ is seeking a Team Leader, Shared Services, to guide the CRM function and shape customer experiences at scale. You will lead a high-performing team, optimise CRM operations, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology to improve AI chatbot capabilities and customer journeys.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in customer service or operations, with hands-on CRM exposure and a track record of coaching teams.
