Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations management, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, security concepts, and business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that uses Agile development methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) and Apex code (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Developer).
- Experience with specific Salesforce-related technologies (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft).
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations as they relate to Salesforce data.
- Experience in Automotive industry and its application within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation, specifically within the context of Salesforce processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
