CRM Specialist (Retail Marketing)
Brief Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our customer relationship management and digital marketing initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to lead CRM system optimisation and engage with customers through various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimise CRM systems, ensuring effective integration and user adoption across the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain CRM processes and uphold data integrity.
- Manage CRM workflows, including lead acquisition, customer profiling, database management, and performance analysis.
- Execute and coordinate customer engagement campaigns, such as EDMs and event communications.
- Ensure accurate lead capture and profiling in collaboration with retail and operational teams.
- Generate and analyse CRM and campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website updates and social media campaigns for digital platforms.
- Coordinate with agencies for timely execution of digital marketing deliverables and track related performance metrics.
- Support the wider digital team on additional marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CRM and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- A dynamic team player with a creative mindset and proficiency in customer engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organisational and communication skills to manage projects efficiently.
- Proven ability to work under tight timelines while adhering to budget constraints.
