The Planet Group has partnered with a Cincinnati area company to locate a CRM Assistant for a contract-to-hire role.
This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting CRM systems, managing security and access controls, gathering requirements, and driving system improvements that enhance business processes and user experience.
Please note, this is an onsite role and candidates must be willing to be onsite for 5-days a week. Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM security roles, permissions, and system functionality, ensuring appropriate access and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support the development and execution of the CRM platform roadmap.
- Analyze business processes and requirements, providing recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Participate in backlog management activities, helping evaluate, prioritize, and sequence CRM-related requests and initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, issues, and enhancement requests through resolution and implementation.
- Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the CRM platform.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions, and document deliverables.
- Assess and communicate the impact of system changes, enhancements, and project initiatives to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM-related projects and enhancements.
- 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, technology support, or a related field, with CRM platform experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with web-based applications, business systems, and CRM platforms.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite as required.
