Job Title: CRT English / Quantitative & Reasoning Faculty

Location: Nalanda Degree College, Vijayawada

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Principal, Nalanda Degree College


Responsibilities:

  • Train students in Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) focusing on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning

  • Conduct sessions on aptitude, verbal ability, and problem-solving techniques

  • Develop structured lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests

  • Prepare students for campus placements, competitive exams, and interviews

  • Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback and improvement strategies

  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis

  • Stay updated with latest placement trends, aptitude patterns, and industry requirements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, English, or a related discipline

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRT / Aptitude / Reasoning / Verbal Training

  • Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle students from diverse academic backgrounds

  • Prior experience in training students for campus placements is preferred
