The Cruise Director of the
catamaran is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all entertainment,
activities, and guest interactions during the cruise. They play a crucial role in ensuring that passengers have an enjoyable and memorable experience onboard.
Key
Responsibilities:
• Daily check reservation for next day dispatch.
• Prepare waivers and ensure that all payments are collected.
• Ensure that all vouchers are collected and secure to waivers.
• Ensure that all guests are brief on their tour and daily activities on the boat.
• Ensure drivers receive their dispatch the night before the excursion.
• Check with the captain to confirm that operation is going according to plan.
• Keep abreast of the catamaran reservation to ensure that the boats are not over booked.

Requirements
• 2-3 years’ experience as a reservation agent
preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
