- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard on a Cruise vessel
- Experience from operating X-ray equipment for luggage screening
- Experience from screening passengers on the gangway
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Experience from gangway security in US waters
- US CVSSA training
PERSONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- NIS approved medical certificate
- Passport
- Seamans book
- US C1/D Visa
- Yellow fever vaccination/vaccination booklet
STCW CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
- Basic Safety training
- Security Awareness Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties
- Crowd Management
- Crisis Management and Human Behavior
