Crypto Marketing Lead
You will take full ownership of the marketing launch for QuantPilot.com, our new agentic AI trading platform, moving fast and driving real momentum from day one. You'll bring fresh ideas on what actually works in crypto marketing right now rather than just executing an existing playbook, and you'll build and activate a community, especially on Crypto Twitter, so people are genuinely talking about the product. You'll create and execute the full launch plan spanning proven growth tactics, content, social campaigns, KOL outreach, and announcements, while working directly with the QuantPilot lead to translate technical product details into compelling messaging that resonates with traders. You'll also drive awareness and early user acquisition both before and after the public launch of QuantPilot.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing launch for QuantPilot.com end to end
- Bring fresh ideas on what works in crypto marketing rather than just executing a playbook
- Build and activate the community, especially on Crypto Twitter
- Create and execute the full launch plan including growth tactics, content, social campaigns, KOL outreach, and announcements
- Work with the QuantPilot lead to translate technical product details into compelling messaging
- Drive awareness and early user acquisition for pre and post public launch of QuantPilot
Requirements
- Deep native experience in DeFi and crypto
- Strong track record in community building and generating organic buzz on Twitter and other crypto channels
- Execution-focused mindset with ability to ship quickly and get things done
- Ability to quickly understand and run with a chosen narrative
- Comfort working independently while staying tightly aligned with a small core team
