Anson McCade are working with an AI-focused hedge fund which is expanding their Crypto operations. The firm is looking for a Quant Trader to cover execution, monitoring, and risk management for short-term and mid-frequency systematic strategies on Binance. The successful candidate will work closely with the research and development teams to put strategies into production, and and will receive a performance-based bonus.

The firm is looking for a Quant Trader to cover execution, monitoring, and risk management for short-term and mid-frequency systematic strategies on Binance. The successful candidate will work closely with the research and development teams to put strategies into production, and and will receive a performance-based bonus.
The Role:
- Supporting strategy research for systematic trading on CeFi venues, in collaboration with other Quantitative Researchers, Developers and the PM.
- Working on the development of infrastructure and tools to support firm-wide risk management, execution etc.
- Managing a book, covering execution, monitoring and risk management/hedging responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, including a background in Market Making or Central Risk Book trading. Experience with digital assets is preferred but not required.
- Coding skills in Python, experience with other programming languages is also beneficial.
- A Master's or PhD from a top university is preferred.
