CS Business Services AM/Manager (Planning & Financial Analysis)

1. Lead CS business planning, annual budget and rolling forecasts; define performance indicators and coordinate resources to support service and financial objectives.

2. Monitor CS financial and operational performance against plan and forecast; prepare monthly management reports, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions with relevant business and functional teams.

3. Control CS costs and profitability, including internal and external cost calculations, service charging rates, partner reimbursements and receivables; provide analysis for management decisions.

4. Develop and monitor CS administrative processes, internal controls and local guidelines in line with BSH requirements; drive process efficiency and continuous improvement across the service organization.

5. Oversee CS business administration and reporting systems, including SAP CO and group controlling tools; coordinate cross-functional projects and develop team capabilities where applicable.
