About your Role
As a CS Payment Officer, you will become part of the CS Financial Operations team—a precision-driven and risk-aware function responsible for safeguarding the integrity of client financial operations.
Your primary mission will be to ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of client transactions across our global payment infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

- Process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
- Ensure payment operations comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor transaction flows and resolve payment-related issues in real time.
- Cooperate with payment providers, banks, and internal teams to maintain uninterrupted financial operations.
- Contribute to maintaining client trust, platform reliability, and Weltrade's reputation as a secure trading environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who works with discipline, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced financial ecosystem.

You Have
- Financial Operations Experience– Proven experience processing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) within fintech, banking, or payment environments.
- Payments & PSP Knowledge– Hands-on experience working with payment gateways, banking systems, and e-wallet providers, including issue resolution and transaction tracking.
- AML/KYC Compliance Expertise– Practical experience applying AML/KYC procedures, including document verification and transaction monitoring in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Operational Accuracy Under Load – Ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows with precision and consistency.Cross-System Coordination – Experience collaborating with internal teams and external providers to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure business continuity.

Good to Have
- Experience in Forex, online trading platforms, or other high-volume transactional environments.
- Familiarity with fraud detection or risk monitoring tools.
- Previous experience working in a remote-first, shift-based operational environment.

Working Condition
This position operates within a 24/7 global payments coverage model, ensuring continuous and reliable transaction processing for our international client base.
- Rotating shift schedule.
- Extended shifts (up to 12 hours).
- Predictable shift planning with sufficient recovery time between rotations.
- Scheduled breaks during each shift to support focus and operational accuracy.
