工作說明

1. Develop and maintain BMC BSP for server platforms, including bootloader, Linux kernel drivers, OpenBMC, and Yocto-based build systems.
2. Develop firmware for SMC platforms using Zephyr RTOS, including driver development, hardware abstraction, and MCU-based system control.
3. Design and implement system software stack on BMC, including device drivers, middleware, and management applications (e.g., Redfish / IPMI / MCTP).
4. Perform platform bring-up and validation across multiple environments (ASIC / FPGA / QEMU), covering both BMC (Linux-based) and SMC (RTOS-based) systems.
5. Collaborate with ODM/OEM and cloud customers for feature enablement, issue analysis, and technical support, including remote and on-site support when required.
6. Develop reference solutions and prototypes integrating BMC SoC and MCU, enabling advanced platform management and recovery features.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams (HW / FW / SW) and global teams to deliver end-to-end platform firmware solutions.
